Make a 3 legged rustic stool Workshop

On this rustic stool making one day course with Dave Jackson, you will learn how to make a simple 3 legged stool. You will leave with a unique completed square rustic stool made from oak, sycamore or ash and hazel (dependent upon timber stocks).

Carved Hiking or Walking Stick Workshop

A one-day walking stick making course you will learn learning the basic skills involved in making your own sticks. No experience is needed but a willingness and ability to use hand tools is essential.

Willow Kindling Basket Workshop

9:30am - 4pm

Working from a pre drilled wooden bottom the difficult job of ‘upsetting’ the basket is already done for you. It means that you have a strong and stable basket which will last for years. You will spend the day learning weaves and finish off with a chunky border and finger handles.

Greenwood Spoon Carving - Eating Spoon Workshop

Starting with a spoon blank, freshly cut from the local woodland, you will be guided through the process or carving using straight and hooked knives to create your own unique eating spoon. You can choose from a range of shapes and styles to individualise your spoon.
