Finding The Woods
By Car:
The Woodland Discovery Centre:
The Woodland Discovery Centre has a small car park with disabled spaces. Please note spaces cannot be guaranteed. Further parking can be found in lay-bys along Abbey Lane bordering Wood 3 and on Whirlowdale Road between Woods 1 and 2.
Other entrances to the woods:
There is limited roadside parking available near the entrances to the Woods. There is a larger car park off Limb Lane – the Picnic Area – and another next to Whirlow Playing Field.
By Bus
